Walls Property Management Case Studies

Howard Park:

Built in 2008, this mixed-use building has 40 units over 2,500 square feet of retail space and two parking garages.  Despite being completed in what was quickly becoming a challenging leasing environment, the apartment portion of the building was 53% pre-leased at certificate of occupancy and 100% leased within four months.

Queen Anne Tri-plex/Four-plex:

Originally built as a triplex, Walls Property Management obtained the necessary permits, bids and coordinated the conversion to a four unit building.  Involved in all aspects of the project from the conceptual architectural design through leasing, the finished product maximized the building value, leasability and value for the cost of improvements.

Ballard Medical Center:

The ownership group of this property was formed by a syndication led by Walls Property Management.  The building was just over half leased at acquisition.  The project involved addressing the deferred maintenance items, leasing the remaining portion of the building and coordinating some of the Tenant Improvement work.
